for sale at the competition site, there is also shopping mall and restaurants within walking distance of the
venue. The competition scale will be available for access only on Sat. 2014.03.29.

Women: 48, 53, 58, 63, 69, 75, 75+ Kg. Best athlete – determined by Sinclair points based on absolute
body weight
Men: 56, 62, 69, 77, 85, 94, 105, 105+ Kg. Best athlete – determined by Sinclair points based on absolute
body weight
Team – awarded according to IWF team scoring, male and female combined
Sessions
(1) WOMEN 48-63 Lift: 7:30 Am, 2 hrs.
(2) MEN 56-77 Lift: 9:30 Am, 1.5 hrs.
(3) WOMEN 69-75+ Lift: 1:00 Am, 2 hrs.
(4) MEN 85kg Lift: 1:00 Pm, 1.5 hrs.
(5) MEN 94-105+ Lift: 2:30 Pm, 2.5 hrs.
