The Hercules Weightlifting club is please to announce that head coach, Mirek Korkowski will be conducting a Olympic weightlifting NCCP level 2 on Saturday March 12th and 13th. Mirek has 30+ years experience as a lifter for Poland and as a provincial and national coach for Canada. Mirek has produced athletes competing at all levels including the international level. The first part of this program will be in a class room covering the theoretical components of the sport and the second part will take place in the gym going over the technical aspect of the sport. The cost for the course is $250 or pay before March 5th and only pay $199.
