The Hercules Weightlifting club is pleased to announce that head coach, Mirek Korkowski will be conducting a Olympic weightlifting Competition introduction Workshop on Saturday October 15th and 16th, 2016. Mirek has 30+ years experience as a lifter for Poland and as a provincial and national coach for Canada. Mirek has produced athletes competing at all levels including the international level. The first part of this program will be in a class room covering the theoretical components of the sport and the second part will take place in the gym going over the technical aspect of the sport.
