Starke Weightlifting will be hosting the 2018 Manitoba Provincial Championships on Sunday, December 9th.

Session 1 (Women – all weight classes)
Weigh-in @ 8am
Lifting starts @ 10am

Session 2 (Men 55kg to 81 kg)
Weigh-in @ 10:30am
Lifting starts @ 12:30pm

Session 3 (Men 89kg to 109+kg)
Weigh-in @ 12:30pm
Lifting starts @ 2:30pm
